Professional Training

The Professional Training section helps educators prepare health care professionals to be effective participants in a new health care system. It has been updated with new content, links, and resources. Highlights include ways to:

• overcome barriers to guideline implementation
• develop open communication channels
• meet the needs of adult learners
• introduce systems change to staff
• enhance clinical practice
• obtain credentials to improve quality of care
